CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ADVENTURE TOURS

One day tours
1. Full refund if cancel 3 days before departure.
2. 50% refund if cancel from 1 to 3 days before departure.
3. No refund if cancel 24 hours before departure
4. Possibility of amending tours 3 days before departure if available or change the departure date without extra costs. 

5. Cancellation is only confirmed by email.

Multi-day tours

1. Full refund if cancel 7 days before departure.
2. 50% refund if cancel from 3 to 7 days before departure.
3. No refund if cancel 3 days before departure
4. Possibility of amending tours 7 days before departure if available or change the departure date without extra costs. 

5. Cancellation is only confirmed by email.

Policies for all tours

1. Jungle Boss will not give any refund if the customers want to return during the tours.

2. For safety, our tour guide has right to change the itinerary. 
3. If the tour has to be cancelled due to bad weather, Jungle Boss will inform customers as soon as possible with alternative options:  
– Jungle Boss can offer another tour which is not affected by weather condition (please note that the alternative tour cost can be lower or higher, therefore the balance will be applied)
– Jungle Boss can change the departure date without extra cost
– Full refund if customer do not agree with above solutions.

4. In some unpredictable reasons such as sickness, transport delay, or pandemic, Jungle Boss commit to change the departure date without extra costs or give full refund.

1. Full refund if cancel 5 days before check-in
2. No refund if cancel less than 5 days before check-in  .
3. No refund for no show
4. Possible to amend booking 5 days before check-in if rooms are available.
